Her parents are very poor and live in a rural place. Her father was shot and injured by a soldier so they had to run away from their village because of the civil war. It is hard for her parents to care for her during the war, they were concerned for her safety so they sent her to LCH. She has four other siblings living at LCH: Bran Aung, La Cia, Khaw Nu, and Yue Cia. She arrived at LCH in 2016.
