Tha Kip Nei arrived at Love Children Home in 2015 when she was 11 years old. Her father is a police man in another place and left his family in their village. He never came back to his village. When her mom realized the father had married another woman, she also remarried.  Since her  mom is not taking care of her and the new step father does not like Tha KipNei to be with his family,  Tha Kip Nei and her sibling Cung Boih Nowl were sent to live at the orphanage.
