Tha Kip Nei arrived at Love Children Home in 2015 when she was 11 years old. Her father is a police man in other place and left his family in their village. He never came back to his village and her mother remarried to another person when she learn their father married to other person. Her mother is not taking care of her plus the step father does not like her to be with his family. So Tha Kip Nei and her sibling Cung Boih Nowl were sent to live at the orphanage.
