Though both of the parents of Su Myat Mon are alive, there is no school in their village, and the civil war has made it very difficult for the family to access education or even daily food. Her aunt arranged for her to come to Love Children Home for a better life and future. She enjoys reading and studying Myanmar in school, and her favorite Bible story is about salvation through Christ. She hopes to work in ministry when she grows up.
