Though both of her parents are still alive, the civil war in Chin Hill and the lack of any access to education led them to send Ruth Bawi Chin Sung to Love Children Home for a better life and a proper education. She is the youngest of four siblings, and all three of her older siblings grew up here at Love Children Home before her. She enjoys dancing, singing, and playing soccer with the other girls.
