The person who sent her here was her fathers childhood friend. Her mother passed away and she left her 3 children when Zin Mar Aung was 5 years old. Due to poverty and the AA Rakhine rebel Army, her father could not send her to school. The area that they are living right now is both dangerous and they have to run away from the Civil war so her father wanted to send her here for her better future and better education. She likes playing soccer and studying English in school. She would like to become a teacher one day.
