Yue Cia arrived at Love Children home in 2015 when she was 11 years old. Her father is an alcoholic, does not work  and is very sick because of his drinking.  Her mom is the only one working to support the family.  As a result of the father drinking they are very poor. Because of the civil war and the family situation, Yue Cia could not attend school. Her brother brought her and her two siblings,  La Cia and Khaw Nu, to live at the orphanage. She has 2 older brothers, 1 older sister and 1 younger sister still living at their home.
